Adult models/entertainment & the law

By tsCandyKisses

My big Claim to Fame or should I say my 15 minutes of Fame came from the pornographic (XXX) work/scenes I did. (even though the films were banned shortly after release)

Obviously I still offer adult photograghy and nude modeling at a personal and commercial level. I also offer cross-dressing, sometimes web-caming and other miscellaneous legal fetishes as well as consulting, counselling and escorting (usually to transgendered events, nightclubs etc.) but the fact that I do advertise on Backpage.com under "transsexual escorts" puts me in a category where prostitutes also advertise. I however do not advertise "sex for money" there or anywhere. That is illegal and at this point in my life I really do my best to obey and respect all branches of law and law enforcement. Believe it or not there are people who call or text me saying things like "Can I just suck your cock for $100" obviously the reply is NO. . . Sex for money is illegal and I will not ever agree to give or recieve a sex act for money, not over the phone, text or in person ... BUT I have profiles on dating sites like Match.com, Adultfriendfinder.com and ChristianMingle.com (only kidding about C.hristianMingle.com) so I never really know where people are calling me from. If someone asks "Do you prefer to top or bottom?" I'd assume they were calling from a dating site and I could honestly answer that I am versatile, functional, and like most human beings I have orgasms. My biggest fear is that a detective calls me after reading my backpage ad and while I believe Im talking to someone from my eHarmony.com profile he asks me sexual questions that could be somewhat incriminating and later used against me. So as a rule of thumb I really try to not talk about sex on my phone with strangers. I have never been arrested nor have I had an unpleasant run in with the police to date. I beleive that for the most part the biggest concern of law enforcement is the problem with under-age human trafficing and of course all of the bogus ads setting up Johns to rob them. I think tits clear that I am a legitimate business and am obviously of age. I was recently visited by a detective and a police officer (while on duty, lol) who were very professional and explained to me that the ads on Backpage.com attract an unsavory type of people to their community and they would appreciate it if I stop advertising there, leave now and not come back. I did feel a little pre-judged but I thanked them, packed my bags and immediately left and will never go back. Even though I was not doing anything illegal nor did i possess anything illegal when they came to my hotel room I understood their purpose and was more than happy to oblige. Although I did lose some of my regular clients there, I understood their point and truly appreciated how they approached me. Could they have arrested me? Legally probably not, but the answer is "YES" they have a badge and can do whatever they want .They could have really ruined my day to say the very least. Just because you can beat something in court doesn't mean they can't arrest you. They could have made my life a living hell that day but they did not and I did exactly as asked.

Based on everything I have learned the last couple of years through experience and from others I have spoken to including adult entertainers, pros and johns etc .. if you ever cross paths with law enforcement the taboo word "Backpage" should never ever enter the conversation and if it does, you've never heard of it. LOL .. I know that I have met most of my friends, clients, colleagues and associates through Facebook
